Write the question the way you would type it into a search bar, or the way you would say it to an injector. One question works better than five.

The desk turns the questions readers send in most often into new pages, answered in the same order as every other page here: the direct answer, what it depends on, and what to ask at the consultation.

One question, in your own words. Please leave out names and medical details.

Only if you want to know when it's answered.

Please do not include medical records, photos, your full name or a clinic's name. A question about what usually happens does not need any of them.

Every question is read, and questions that come up often become pages. Not every question gets its own page, and we cannot say when one will appear. Leave an email only if you want a note when your question is answered; we do not use it for anything else.
